

The concept of C.A.R.E. was developed when four mothers began discussing how Eastern, Connecticut is a highly underserved area for special education advocacy and support services.
C.A.R.E. was created to become a nonprofit organization that works to enhance and expand in-person support services, trainings and support group availability, and as a way to help forge meaningful and lasting partnerships between home, school and the community.
We provide personalized supports for parents and caregivers with who struggle with cognitive limitations, illiteracy, mental health, learning disabilities, undue health hardships and stress.
